At IPI Diamonds, every piece is created with the highest standards of craftsmanship, authenticity and attention to detail.
Diamond Authenticity
Every natural diamond selected by IPI Diamonds is guaranteed to be authentic and accurately represented. Where applicable, diamonds are accompanied by internationally recognised gemological certification, including GIA, IGI or HRD certificates.
The diamond supplied will correspond to the characteristics stated in its accompanying certificate.
Jewellery Warranty
All IPI Diamonds jewellery is crafted to the highest standards and is covered against manufacturing defects for 24 months from the date of purchase, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
The warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- accidental damage or impact;
- scratches or signs of normal wear and tear;
- loss or damage caused by improper use or storage;
- damage caused by third-party repairs or alterations;
- loss of stones resulting from impact or misuse;
- normal deterioration of the jewellery over time.
Care & Aftercare
We recommend regular professional inspection and cleaning of your jewellery to maintain its beauty and security over time. IPI Diamonds is pleased to offer professional aftercare and maintenance services where applicable.
